ASP US West Coast Strategist Dialogue Group: Improving Your Impact as a Board Member or Advisor Our March 23rd meeting will explore the challenges of board members and advisors having a productive impact on board governance and their organizations. Often board members and advisors ask themselves, what should I focus on, what strategic questions should I be asking, how do I raise the level of board strategic dialogue and engagement. We will use Roger Martin’s article Board Governance and the Responsibility Virus as a proscriptive guide to improving board governance. Roger was the Dean of the Rothman School of Management at the University of Toronto from 1998 to 2013 and in 2017 was named the #1 management thinker in world..
