Women In Consulting

Women In Consulting

Who doesn’t want to present inspired business offerings, hitting the mark on what clients want most…beautifully crafted services deeply relevant, galvanizing and accessible! But without taking a step back to review our business health, missed steps can hijack every good intention we have. We need to see the health of our entire business, not compulsively fix what aggravates. To get there, we need human whisperers—those who’ve already traversed the territory—as guides.

So, for the seventh year, Women In Consulting is sponsoring a 6-hour mini conference with “hot topic” experts to help increase our clarity and confidence and set us up to thrive in business this year. The format is this: Hear our presenters share succinct topic summaries & respond to in-depth Q&A’s, and then you’ll have the opportunity to focus in on and assess your own business, ending the day with an actionable, business-elevating plan for 2023.

You can expect coverage that’s very timely in the following content areas: sales, marketing, resources, process improvement, back-office infrastructure and requirements, competition, client/market assessment, revenue-generating products and service development, and branding. By the end of the day, you’ll also be able to identify what’s working well and where to make some necessary shifts so you can make the adjustments need to kick-off 2023 with a bang!
